Curdes Pools was founded in 2012 by Jonathan Curdes, it is family owned and operated. After working for many years in the pool construction business, Jon decided to take the plunge to get his license and start his own company. Jon Curdes has 20+ years of pool building experience in the Coachella Valley. The Curdes family has a strong family background in all fields of construction across Southern California adding to Jon's knowledge and expertise in building and remodeling pools and spas, Jon is a critical thinker and problem solver allowing projects to run smoothly and on time.

Curdes Pools has built pools in all shapes and sizes. Our design and engineering teams can work with the most challenging properties. With our knowledge with city and county permitting processing and requirements we have solutions that can work for most outdoor spaces.

What areas do you build pools in?

We build in the entire Coachella Valley including Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley.

How much does it cost to build a pool?

It is possible to build a pool at a low price, however quality and craftsmanship could be compromised. Poor quality construction will undermine the integrity of the pool and possibly cost more in the long run. At Curdes Pools we are committed to delivering a quality product that will fit within your budget.

How long does it take to build a pool?

It is difficult to predict an exact time frame for pool construction due to many variables, such as local building inspections, project complexity and most recently product availability. Most gunite pool projects are completed within 6 to 12 weeks once local permitting is approved.

What will maintenance consist of once the pool is completed?

With today’s technology and equipment, owning a pool is easy. Most owners choose some sort of automation to operate their pool, which can be set on a consistent cleaning schedule. An alternative is to have our maintenance department schedule a weekly cleaning.

How do I calculate how much processing I need?

In terms of monetary value, The National Association of Realtors maintains that a pool can increase a home’s value from 8% to 15%. Of course, current market and property values will affect this value. For current values please consult a realtor.
